Dipl. med. Johanna Janku 

Gynecologist and Sexual Therapist

Johanna Janku is a specialist (FMH) in gynecology and obstetrics, responsible for a wide range of women's health issues. She completed her medical studies at the University of Cologne and subsequently obtained the American medical licensing examination (USMLE) in Chicago, USA.

Since 2014, Johanna Janku has been living in Switzerland, where she completed her specialist training at the University Hospital Zurich and gained extensive knowledge in gynecology, obstetrics, and gynecological endocrinology. After completing the Diploma in Sexual Medicine/Therapy (DAS) at the University of Basel in 2022 and finishing the Sexocorporel training program at the Zurich Institute for Clinical Sexology and Sexual Therapy in 2023, she offers individual and couple consultations on personal sexuality.

She is currently deepening her knowledge in an ongoing course recognized by FMH in the interdisciplinary focus on Psychosomatic and Psychosocial Medicine (SAPPM). This ensures the recognition and treatment of psychosomatic and psychosocial disorders and diseases at Oh yes baby yes.

The focus of her work is always on the individual needs of her patients. The aim is to achieve the best possible treatment outcomes through shared decision-making across all stages of life.

Her native languages are German and Romanian. She also speaks English, Hebrew, and French.
