Anka Grzywacz – Sex Therapy & Bioenergetic (Somatic) Counselling

Anka Grzywacz is a sex therapist specializing in helping individuals, couples and constellations improve their intimate lives. She is also a Bioenergetic Counsellor SGfBA, offering somatic counselling and exercises. She offers sessions in Zurich, Thalwil, and online. Sessions available in English, German, and Polish.

Sex therapy addresses various concerns such as low libido, orgasm difficulties and emotional blocks related to sexuality. Counselling can also support parents and teenagers struggling with puberty and challenges of psychosexual development. Anka combines her training in clinical sexology and sex coaching with almost 20 years of experience working in the field of human sexuality, sexual health, and sex education.

Bioenergetic (somatic) counselling is a body-oriented therapy approach, helping people with psychological concerns or mental health struggles, including depression, anxiety, psychosomatic symptoms, low energy, or sleep difficulties. Anka holds a title of Bioenergetic Counsellor at the Süddeutsche Gesellschaft für Bioenergetische Analyse (SGfBA) and is continuing her education to become an internationally Certified Bioenergetic Therapist. She works under supervision of an experienced colleague. Anka is also a member of the International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis (IIBA) and the Society for Scientific Study of Sexuality.

Sessions are available for individuals (60 minutes), couples (75 minutes), and non-monogamous constellations. with regular follow-ups every one to two weeks and home assignments between sessions. The first consultation helps define goals and create a personalized action plan. The practice is open to clients of all gender and sexual identities.

• Affordable counselling sessions at 80 CHF per hour
