- Avoid discussing sexuality within their relationship because it has become a source of tension.
- Avoid physical contact for fear of giving their partner “the wrong idea” (and therefore lack intimacy).
- Struggle to experience pleasure during sex.
- Experience a difference in libido within their relationship (their partner has more or less desire).
- Have questions about their sexuality or their relationships.
- Feel a disconnect between what they’re experiencing and what they’d like to experience.
- Seek to better understand their sensations, needs, and boundaries.
- Want to strengthen the bond with their partner or sometimes feel lonely within their relationship.
- Want to work with their emotions and bodies, beyond the mind.
## What can you expect from working with me:
- Practical steps to help you rediscover a more fulfilling sex life and intimacy.
- A better understanding of the dynamics at play in your relationship.
- A better understanding of your desire and how it is triggered.
- A better understanding of your emotional blocks and relationship patterns.
- Practical exercises to help you become more attuned to your body, your desires, and your needs (to be done alone or with a partner).
- Tools to communicate more effectively and strengthen the emotional and physical connection in your relationship.
- Resources to reduce anxiety and discomfort related to sexuality.

- A supportive space to explore your questions, desires, and boundaries.
## Some injuries or blockages may seem impossible to resolve:
- Traumas, overwhelming emotions, and relationship tensions.
- Difficulty experiencing pleasure or regaining sexual desire.
- Doubts, fears, or repetitive patterns that hinder intimate fulfillment.
__But nothing is set in stone.__ With supportive guidance, these obstacles can be transformed into opportunities for growth. My holistic, personalized approach supports you throughout this process. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your challenges to co-create sustainable solutions tailored to you.
## Rate for 90 minutes
CHF 180.-
It is recommended to space out each session by two weeks. Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed. The same applies if the person(s) do not show up for the appointment.
## Location
In-person consultations at the office in Fribourg or online.
## Contraindications
- You have been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition or a personality disorder and/or are taking neuroleptic/antipsychotic medications. However, it is possible to consider treatment in consultation and collaboration with your psychiatrist.
- You use drugs (including cannabis and alcohol) in a dependent and/or abusive manner.
- You are taking antidepressants (exceptions may apply if the dose is low in cases of situational—and therefore short-term—depression, or if the dosage is low and related to sleep problems).
