Ms Irène Fresu 

Irène Fresu is a Reiki practitioner, an energetic healing method designed to restore balance to body and mind by harmonizing energy flows. The practice promotes relaxation and the release of tension, leading to overall well-being.

After twenty years' experience in the field of aesthetics and teaching as a master trainer and exam expert, she chose to deepen her personal journey through yoga, Reiki and other mind-body approaches.

Her travels in India and Latin America have enabled her to meet masters and teachers who have left their mark on her practice, nurturing an integrative approach to healing. She completed her training with Yoga Alliance certification and a complete Reiki training path up to the fourth level.

Today, Irène Fresu offers personalized support tailored to individual needs, integrating Reiki, yoga, breathing, massage, systemic constellations, energetics and shamanism, depending on the situation. Each consultation is designed as a space for listening and inner liberation.
