Reiki is also recommended when sleep is no longer restful: it creates the right conditions for deep, meditative relaxation. • Bach Flower Remedies: I welcome you as an ASCA-certified Bach Flower Remedies therapist in Geneva. These 38 flower essences are precious allies in balancing your emotions and calming your mind. Bach Flower combinations are tailor-made to suit each person and the ailment they wish to work on: insomnia, recurring fear, anxiety, lack of confidence, chronic stress, mental rumination, obsessive thoughts... The gentle therapy of Bach Flower Remedies is recognized as a real emotional support, helping you to (re)find serenity.

• Energetic massages: By working on both the physical body and emotional well-being, energetic massages help to unblock body blockages, boost vitality, soothe chronic pain and tension... I'm trained in a range of massage techniques, so I can offer the one that's right for everyone: I practice Ayurvedic massages such as Marma point massage, Abhyanga, Shiroshampi, Pagatchampi...
