### Presentation of the healthcare professional
__Sonia Grimm is__ an emotional and energy therapist at BioMed MTC. She supports people dealing with psychological and emotional distress, mental rumination, intrusive thoughts, fears, or relationship difficulties.
Her personal journey of recovery following fifteen years of psychological abuse and emotional manipulation led her to specialize in supporting people who have experienced toxic relationships, psychological abuse, harassment, or workplace bullying.
Trained in applied neuroscience, mindfulness, and energy-based approaches, she is also the creator of the “Par le MOI” method, which focuses on self-awareness, understanding emotions, and the mechanisms that influence our behaviors and relationships.
Her approach combines emotional work, mindfulness, body awareness, and desensitization techniques. She may also use altered states of consciousness, similar to hypnosis, to facilitate work on certain emotions, memories, and past experiences. Her practice draws inspiration in particular from certain principles of ICV (Life Cycle Integration), though she does not practice ICV as such.
Her goal is to help individuals understand what is going on inside them, calm their minds, better regulate their emotions, and gradually free themselves from certain repetitive patterns in order to regain greater confidence, inner security, and freedom in their choices.
