The way the human body works has interested me from an early age. When it came to choosing a career path after graduating, I wanted to be able to help people feel good about their bodies. However, I went in the opposite direction and a few years later graduated in architecture. While working in the construction industry, I still took courses in massage and aromatherapy for my own personal enjoyment. Then, in 2021, I discovered foot reflexology: this new approach to health through touch won me over and I decided to train in this technique.

I qualified in foot reflexology in 2023, and welcome you in complete confidentiality to my Et si on prenait le temps practice.

Reflexology, a natural therapeutic method

Foot reflexology is a gentle technique designed to stimulate the whole body via the reflex zones in the feet. This method can be used to relieve various physical and emotional problems and improve general well-being.

The benefits are many and varied:

• It helps to manage stress, nervousness and anxiety.
• It stimulates blood and lymph circulation
• Helps unblock nerve impulses
• It supports the body's natural defences
• It helps to relieve a wide range of ailments, including migraines, digestive problems, insomnia, muscle and joint pain, hormonal disorders, respiratory pathologies, etc.

Skills and specialisations:

I trained in reflexology at two schools in the Lausanne area, and continue to enrich my practice through further training. At the beginning of 2024, I was able to acquire the necessary knowledge in the following areas:

• lymphatic drainage via the plantar reflex zones
• trigger points (also known as ‘Trigger Points’)
• or foot reflexology for specific support for people suffering from burn-out.

Rates and reimbursement

• 1st reflexology session (1h45): CHF 130 (reimbursed by certain supplementary insurances)
• Follow-up session (1h15): CHF 110.00

Payment in cash or by Twint at the end of the session

I am recognised by the ASCA for therapeutic foot reflexology (n°218) and RME (n°81), which means that some supplementary insurance companies will reimburse you. I advise you to check with your supplementary insurance company about the terms of reimbursement.

How to get there:

The ‘Et si on prenait le temps’ practice is a 2-minute drive from the Crissier motorway exit, in the same building as the ‘Ballon Müller’ company.

Parking is available for a maximum of 3 hours, with a parking disc.

Bus line 17 serves the ‘Colice’ bus stop, which is also close to the practice (2 minutes' walk).

Once you have entered the building, there is a goods lift in front of you, or a staircase to the right of the goods lift, which will take you down to level 1. You will then come to a wide corridor, and if you go forward a few metres, you will find a large glass door on your left. The practice is located here, in the ‘Wellness Centre’.
