Who am I?

My name is Anouk, and I’ve had a rather unconventional professional journey, filled with detours and diverse experiences—sometimes far from the world of wellness, but always rich in learning. This path has shaped me, taught me to adapt, to listen, to understand... all qualities I now bring to my practice.

I’m a mother of three children, the youngest of whom is extraordinary and has autism. This life journey, full of challenges and discoveries, has deeply transformed me. It was through this path that I discovered reflexology—a gentle, natural approach that brought real relief to my child… and to myself.

This revelation sparked in me a deep desire to help others, to support both children and adults with kindness in their search for well-being.

So I decided to train in reflexology, in order to share the benefits of this practice—with special care for families affected by autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

Today, I offer you support based on listening, respect, and humanity—because I know how valuable it is to feel supported, and I look forward to welcoming you.

Sessions usually last 1 hour and are priced at 120.-. Possibility to pay in cash or by Twint.
