Reflexology is a manual therapy stimulating reflex zones on the feet to promote relaxation, support functional regulation, and help manage stress, tension, and sleep issues. It can be used preventively and as complementary care (not a substitute for medical follow-up). Contraindications: fracture, phlebitis, thrombosis; caution during the first trimester of pregnancy and in severe conditions.

A gentle option, lymphatic drainage via reflexology, uses light maneuvers inspired by the Vodder method to support lymph flow and soothe; contraindications include thrombosis/phlebitis, hypotension, certain chronic fatigue, epilepsy, and marked immunodeficiency.

The Metamorphosis Method is a light touch (feet, hands, head) aiming to release deep tension and support overall well-being. Suitable for all ages, with no known contraindications. Typical durations: adults 50–60 min; children 20–30 min. Benefits may be felt from the first session; several sessions can help observe changes over time.

Bach Flowers are floral essences used to support emotional balance during transitions (exams, relocation, bereavement, etc.) or stress. Blends are personalized to your history and current needs. This natural approach can complement existing care without replacing medical treatment.

Access Bars is a gentle acupressure of 32 cranial points to encourage mental release, relaxation, and clarity, and may help reduce stress, rumination, and sleep or attention difficulties. Not a substitute for medical advice.
