I am a __certified reflexologist (ASCA and RME)__, specializing in foot reflexology and aromatherapy. __I guide my patients through a natural approach to restoring body balance and relieving various physical and emotional imbalances.__
__The reflexology__ I practice is based on the massage of reflex zones located primarily on the feet. These zones are connected to different organs in the body. By stimulating them, I act reflexively to __release tension, reduce pain, improve circulation, and promote overall balance.__
__I also integrate aromatherapy__ into my practice, using carefully selected essential oils for their benefits on both body and mind. Whether it’s to __relieve stress-related issues, improve sleep, ease pain, or strengthen the immune system, I create personalized preparations tailored to your specific needs.__
I pay __particular attention to supporting women throughout the different stages of their lives__, from puberty to adulthood. Reflexology can alleviate hormonal imbalances, such as irregular or painful cycles, endometriosis symptoms, or discomfort related to polycystic ovary syndrome.
