I’m Laetitia Locher-Monney, an ASCA and RME certified therapist based in Romont, in the canton of Fribourg. I support children, teenagers and adults (including pregnant women) in a holistic journey towards well-being, centred around reflex therapy and enriched by Reiki and aromatherapy.

Reflex Therapy – A central treatment to restore balance

Reflex therapy is a natural and holistic method that stimulates reflex zones on the body (especially the feet, hands, head and torso), activating the physiological and energetic functions of the organism. It is particularly helpful for :

• functional disorders : muscle or joint pain, digestive, hormonal, urinary, circulatory or respiratory issues
• stress, nervousness, anxiety, sleep disturbances
• exhaustion (work-related or not) and psycho-emotional imbalances
• issues related to pregnancy and menopause

It induces deep relaxation, promotes rest, improves sleep and strengthens vitality.

For children, sessions are always tailored to age and sensitivity to ensure comfort and effectiveness.

A complete health history is taken during the first appointment.

Reiki and Aromatherapy – Supporting tools for reflex therapy

In addition to reflex therapy sessions, I integrate two natural approaches as needed :

• Reiki, a gentle energy treatment, supports emotional release, stress management, and energy rebalancing. It may be used at the beginning or end of a session.
• Aromatherapy subtly complements reflex work using the benefits of essential oils, chosen based on your physical and emotional needs (stress, digestion, sleep, fatigue…).

These approaches enhance the benefits of reflex therapy without replacing it.
