Reflexology

This is a manual technique involving pressure on reflex zones or points located on the ears, face, hands, back and feet. The "modern" or "Western" reflexology I practice is linked to nerve stimuli.

Reflex zones or points involve the stimulation of receptor cells, which are sensory cells sensitive to touch on the surface of the skin. Stimulation of a precise point on the ears, face, hands, back or feet will generate a response at a distance in the body, via the nervous circuit to the lower part of the brain, via the spinal cord.

Reflex zones or points correspond to different organ systems such as the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic and immune, respiratory, digestive, urinary and genital systems.

Personalized therapeutic massage

Personalized therapeutic massage is an individualized approach designed to meet the specific needs of each client. Using a variety of massage techniques, such as kneading, sliding pressure, stretching and friction, personalized therapeutic massage promotes muscle relaxation, relieves tension and helps reduce pain.

It can be adapted to treat specific problems such as chronic pain, sports injuries or accumulated stress.

Prenatal massage promotes body awareness and sensory awakening, and relieves tension and minor discomforts associated with pregnancy.

Postnatal massage is a source of well-being, relieving lumbar and cervical tensions, softening the skin, draining tissues and relieving heavy legs...
