Reflexology 

This is a manual technique involving pressure on reflex zones or points located on the ears, face, hands, back and feet. The “modern” or “Western” reflexology I practice is linked to nerve stimuli.

Reflex zones or points involve stimulation of receptor cells, which are sensory cells sensitive to touch on the surface of the skin. Stimulation of a precise point on the ears, face, hands, back or feet will generate a response at a distance in the body, via the nervous circuit to the lower part of the brain, via the spinal cord. 

Reflex zones or points correspond to different organ systems such as the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic and immune, respiratory, digestive, urinary and genital systems. 

Classic and personalized therapeutic massage 

Personalized therapeutic massage is an individualized approach designed to meet the specific needs of each client. Using a variety of massage techniques, such as kneading, sliding pressure, stretching and friction, personalized therapeutic massage promotes muscle relaxation, relieves tension and helps reduce pain. It can be adapted to treat specific problems such as chronic pain, sports injuries or accumulated stress.

Too often, we think that drainage is synonymous with slimming (cellulite, toxins...), but not only that!

Lymphatic drainage also releases emotional overload! 

It's a balancing technique that restores and/or improves the general circulation of the body's various fluids, while respecting the path of the lymph and the person's skin. 

The benefits are many, and it provides an excellent moment of calm. It's gentle, with a specific rhythm.
