ASCA-certified reflexologist and parenting coach Mélanie Veluire welcomes you to her practice in Meyrin, an easily accessible location near public transportation with parking available right at the building (Arbères parking lot).

Reflexology is a complementary therapeutic approach that involves stimulating reflex zones located primarily on the feet, hands, or face. It aims to support the body’s natural self-regulatory abilities and promote greater physical and emotional balance. Sessions are part of a holistic approach to prevention and support, tailored to each person’s needs.

I provide support tailored to your needs:

Women - To help you regain balance during periods of stress or transition:

• stress, mental overload, and fatigue
• sleep disorders
• menstrual pain and premenstrual syndrome
• fertility journey
• pregnancy and postpartum
• physical tension and the need for deep relaxation

Babies and children (0 to 12 years old) - To support their well-being and development:

• sleep disorders
• digestive discomfort (colic, constipation)
• restlessness, hypersensitivity, or difficulty calming down
• teething
• support during major milestones and changes in routine

Parents - In addition to reflexology sessions, I also offer parenting support with practical tools:

• ergonomic babywearing
• interpreting cries using the Dunstan Baby Language
• sign language combined with speech (baby signs)
• baby yoga and children’s yoga
• moms’ and expectant moms’ circles
