Since 2009, I have been putting my expertise and insights to work to promote well-being, combining reflexology with various complementary approaches. Trained at the Bayly Switzerland Reflexology School in Lausanne, I have enriched my practice over the years with techniques from traditional Chinese, Thai, and Tibetan medicine.

Each session is a unique experience. I let myself be guided by your needs and my feelings, combining manual techniques, energy healing, acupressure, and relaxation methods.

My approach is intuitive and holistic: by working on the body, I help you release physical tension and unleash deeply held emotions.

In a warm and caring environment, I support you with respect and attentiveness, whether to relieve pain, rebalance your energy, or simply offer you a moment of deep relaxation.

I pay particular attention to people going through periods of transition or vulnerability, whether due to emotional shock, illness, intense stress, or a need to refocus.

I'm also involved with Ose Thérapies, an association dedicated to the well-being of people with cancer, offering them comfort and additional support throughout their treatment journey.
