The benefits of Tui Na massage include reducing stress and nervous tension, relieving muscle and joint pain, improving blood and lymph circulation, boosting the immune system, improving digestion and enhancing internal organ function.

Reiki Shamballa and Reiki Usui is an energy healing technique that harmonizes the body's vital energy, calms the mind and promotes deep well-being. It's a gentle, natural method that works on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

The benefits of Reiki include reducing stress and tension, calming emotions (anxiety, sadness, repressed anger), releasing energy blockages that prevent you from moving forward, and providing deep, immediate relaxation.

The aim ofa relaxing massage is to provide deep relaxation. Using gentle, enveloping movements, it helps to relieve stress, release tension and regain a state of total serenity. This treatment is ideal for those who wish to treat themselves to a moment of well-being and let go.

Cupping therapy is a technique derived from traditional Chinese medicine. It involves applying suction cups to different areas of the body to create suction that stimulates blood circulation, detoxifies the body and relieves muscular tension, bringing about a profound sense of well-being.

The benefits of cupping therapy relieve persistent muscular or joint pain or chronic aches and pains (back, shoulders, legs, etc.), improve blood and lymph circulation for better physical recovery, deep relaxation, stress reduction, toxin elimination, immune system stimulation, relieve tension in the back, shoulders and neck, and promote physical and muscular recovery.

Cupping treatment: complements a relaxing massage or Tui na.

Moxibustion is a technique derived from traditional Chinese medicine, which involves applying heat to specific points on the body using moxa (a stick of dried, compacted mugwort or dried mugwort). I would like to inform you that some of my therapies, such as Foot Reflexology, are recognized by ASCA, enabling my patients to benefit from reimbursements according to their complementary health insurance.

Other therapies I offer, such as Reiki Shamballa, relaxing massage and Tui-na massage, are not recognized by ASCA.
