Ms Jessica Rizzo 

My name is Jessica Rizzo, a passionate body therapist of Swiss and Italian origin. After an inspiring decade in Berlin, I chose to return to Geneva to deepen my knowledge and refine my holistic and intuitive approach to well-being.

My path towards body therapy began when I was deeply questioning myself, in search of a more aligned meaning to my life. Gifted with the ability to listen attentively and a deep desire to accompany others, I explored different therapeutic approaches that transformed my relationship with the body. This exploration has brought me better physical and psychological health, as well as a profound sense of freedom and fulfillment.

Guided by this transformation, I developed my skills through several complementary methods:

• The Grinberg Method: using body awareness to release limiting patterns.
• The Pantarei approach: emphasizing the intuition and uniqueness of each individual.
• Holistic bodywork: integrating body, emotions and mind.
• Sensing Yoga: developing sensory connection and body awareness.
• Foot reflexology: stimulating energy points to restore balance.

As an ASCA-accredited therapist, I comply with the training, quality and ethical requirements laid down by this foundation. This accreditation also entitles me to have my foot reflexology sessions reimbursed by certain complementary insurance companies.

My practice is constantly evolving, fueled by an insatiable curiosity and a commitment to integrating innovative tools. I accompany my clients in a tailor-made therapeutic experience, aiming to harmonize body, heart and mind. Through the development of proprioception - the body's ability to perceive movement and space - you learn to better understand your sensations and improve your overall well-being.
