REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a gentle therapy designed to restore balance to the body. It involves stimulating specific reflex zones on different parts of the body: feet, hands, face, ears. Thanks to this approach, I'm able to release tension and relieve your physical or emotional ailments.

1. General Reflexology (1h) - Relaxation or Therapeutic

This session uses the general approach of reflexology on the feet, hands, face or body. It brings you a moment of deep relaxation or targeted support for common physical and emotional imbalances (stress, anxiety, occasional aches and pains, etc.).

2. Specialized ADHD and DYS reflexology (1h)

This approach mainly uses Neuro-reflexology on the face, recognized for its action on the nervous system.

I offer targeted support for :

• Developmental disorders in children (DYS disorders: dyslexia, dyspraxia, etc.).
• Adults, adolescents and children (ADHD).

This specialization helps improve concentration, emotional regulation and general well-being in the face of these challenges.

3. Metamorphic reflexology (1h) - Psycho-emotional work

South African Metamorphic Reflexology offers undeniable gentleness. It works only on the feet, providing direct access to the psycho-emotional dimension of your being.

It enables you to free yourself from old patterns and transform your subtle dimension, promoting deep, lasting change at your own pace.

ALLERGIES, INTOLERENCES and GLOBAL BALANCE ( TOTAL RESET & BBA )

The Total Reset and Bye Bye Allergies (BBA) methods are holistic energy approaches. Going beyond classic allergies, they aim to treat the root cause of the body's dysfunctions by re-educating the immune system.

The energy treatments I offer use a combination of several approaches and techniques that I have acquired and perfected over the years.

My initial training was in Reiki. That's why I use this foundation to offer you a personalized session, integrating different methods to meet your precise needs.
