Reflexotherapy, also known as reflexology, is an ancient technique based on the stimulation of reflex zones located mainly on the underside of the feet and on the hands. Each zone corresponds to an organ or body function. Through targeted pressure and gentle touch, this natural approach aims to rebalance the body, encourage self-regulation and support overall well-being.

I offer personalized support for women at every stage of their lives. Reflexotherapy is particularly beneficial for relieving discomforts associated with menstrual cycles, premenstrual syndrome, premenopause, menopause and hormonal management. Sessions are tailored to each woman's specific needs, with a gentle, respectful and holistic approach.

Female students can also benefit from reflexology as an effective support in the face of exam stress, intense fatigue, concentration problems and mental overload. Reflexotherapy promotes relaxation, improves sleep quality and supports cognitive abilities.

I also accompany children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or ADHD, through specific sessions using very gentle touches, adapted to their sensitivity. The aim of these sessions is tocalm the emotions, regulate the senses, and improve concentration and sleep. Sessions take place in a safe environment, with parents present if necessary, to create a climate of trust.
