My Journey

I am a Japanese reflexologist.

Having grown up in Japan, I was always surrounded by the tradition of massage: I regularly massaged my elders and also received treatments myself. This practice brought me a sense of well-being from an early age and soon became a true passion.

In 2016, while living in Singapore, I began practicing reflexology with people in the terminal stage of cancer, particularly by massaging their feet. Their gratitude and the profound recognition I received deeply moved me and inspired me to share these benefits with a wider audience.

When I returned to Switzerland, I decided to undergo formal training to become a reflexologist.

In Western culture, there is sometimes a certain modesty regarding feet. However, I would like to invite you to go beyond this and experience reflexology: I am convinced that you will not regret it. My wish is to share with many of you the numerous benefits of this practice.

Certified in 2021, I obtained my diploma in 2023 from Réflexe Santé in Morges.
