🌿 Massotherapy and Reflexology - A path to harmony of body and mind

For over three decades, I have devoted my life to therapeutic massage, a true passion that has accompanied me since 1990. Trained at theGeneva School of Reflexology under Denis Pernet, I enriched my practice with the meridian massage I learned from Cécile and Rafaele Bacchetta. This approach enabled me to connect the body and vital energy in a deeply human and intuitive way.

After an initial career as a medical assistant, I opened my first practice in Geneva before moving on to Montreal, where I obtained my accreditation from the Fédération Québécoise des Massothérapeutes.

In Quebec, my practice broadened to include Swedish massage andsupport for cancer sufferers, enabling me to discover another aspect of the massage therapist's work, respecting the limits of a body weakened by illness.Thanks to Leucan, I have had the privilege of accompanying children and their families through massage for over ten years. Iwas also lucky enough to be part of the team of massage therapists at RIVO(Réseau d'intervention pour les personnes ayant subi de la violence organisée) for several years.

Back in Switzerland since October 2025, I've settled in Corsier to offer unique treatments infused with everything I learned and experienced in Quebec during my 23 years living in Montreal.

My practice is based on two pillars:

• Reflexology, a foot massage that stimulates reflex zones linked to internal organs and promotes the body's self-regulation.
• Meridian massage, an energetic oil treatment following the 12 acupuncture meridians, designed to release tension and harmonize the circulation of vital energy.

Each session is a moment of refocusing and rejuvenation, an invitation to reconnect with your body and let life flow through you. My approach is nourished by deep listening, respect for the body and a constant search for balance.
