Reflexotherapy – Therapeutic Qi Gong

Reflexology is a therapeutic tool. It is based on the stimulation of so-called "reflex" zones located mainly on the feet, hands, face, or back. These zones correspond, by projection, to the organs, glands, joints, or systems of the human body.

Common Indications:

• Digestive, hormonal, or circulatory disorders
• Sleep disturbances, nervous fatigue, diffuse pain
• Anxiety, stress, emotional overload
• Recent or past traumas, unresolved grief, internal conflicts
• Difficulties with grounding or body awareness
• Complementary support for chronic illnesses

Therapeutic Objectives:

• Relieve functional disorders and chronic pain
• Release nervous and emotional tension
• Support states of stress, exhaustion, or mental overload
• Assist the autonomic nervous system in emotional regulation
• Provide a space for self-reconnection during times of transition or vulnerability (grief, change, separation, burnout, etc.)

Joëlle Bucher, ASCA-certified, provides treatments covered by certain complementary health insurance plans.

The fee for a one-hour session is 130 CHF/Euro.
