My Journey

After several years of experience as a medical assistant in doctors’ offices and various fields, I decided to follow my true calling: to support and relieve. In 2018, I therefore undertook training to become a certified therapist in therapeutic foot reflexology and subsequently opened my practice in Renens and Bière.

Magnetism, for its part, revealed itself to me in an intuitive and natural way. I simply placed my hands on a burn to ease the pain… and the fire calmed down, leaving hardly a trace. Following training in magnetism, I now use this skill to relieve pain, promote recovery after a fracture, and support the healing process through the laying on of hands, as well as harmonize the magnetic field.

In parallel with my practice, I also provide caring support to children in school environments presenting learning difficulties (ADHD, ASD, DYS disorders, etc.), in order to offer them adapted assistance.

When you walk through the door of my practice, with attentive listening, great gentleness, and deep kindness, I will take your needs into account. My goal is to accompany you in the release of your physical and/or emotional pain.

After my Reflexologist diploma, I completed several training courses to expand my skills in different approaches:

Foot Reflexology

Therapeutic foot reflexology originates in traditional Chinese medicine. Its main goal is to balance the physical and emotional body (stress, anxiety, anguish, menopause, burnout, fatigue, sleep disorders, immune system, etc.), and to soothe acute and chronic physical pain (osteoarthritis, herniated disc, lumbago, muscle tension, migraine, fibromyalgia, menstrual pain, pain under the soles of the feet, digestive issues, etc.).

Magnetism

Magnetism represents a therapeutic method based on energy. Its main objective is to release energetic blockages, balance the different vibratory levels, and soothe various types of physical ailments (herniated disc, lumbago, sprains, fractures, muscle tension, burns, healing, etc.).

Chromotherapy (color therapy)

Chromotherapy is a treatment method that involves applying specific colors to acupuncture points on the human body. It can be used to treat various issues (hyperactivity (ADHD), concentration difficulties, anxiety, abdominal pain linked to emotions, sleep disorders, weakened immune system, allergies, lower back pain, anguish, menopause symptoms, encopresis, and infant colic). This treatment is particularly effective on children.

Reflex’Energie

Reflex’Energie combines two distinct treatments: therapeutic foot reflexology and magnetism. It is ideal for reconnecting with your inner self and physical body.

Reflexochromy

Reflexochromy combines two complementary approaches: therapeutic foot reflexology and chromotherapy. It is ideal for calming the mind and strengthening the connection between body and mind.

1st Adult session --> 1h15 - 120CHF

1st Child session --> 1h15 - 90CHF
