• Foot reflexology (Chinese method): This gentle method rebalances the energies of the organs and therefore the whole body. It's perfect for problems of sleep, asthma, digestion, lack of energy, internal mental tension and more. It not only boosts the body, but also the spirit.
• Reiki master practitioner: REIKI acts on the physical level (relieving pain, relaxing muscles, stimulating the immune system), the emotional level (releasing tension and blockages) and the psychic level (balancing chakra energies, increasing well-being and self-esteem). This treatment can be provided face-to-face or remotely.
• DORN & BREUSS massages: Neuro-muscular massage with a special focus on the spine: perfect for back, shoulder and neck pain, headaches, sciatica, scoliosis and shifting vertebrae. It rebalances the pelvis, enabling a change in posture; releasing muscular tension and relieving pain.
• Personal accompaniment: For goals to be reached, for professional or private problems for which no solution can be found. I offer active listening without judgment, helping you to find solutions and put them into practice.
• Whole-body treatments and cupping: Soothing, relaxing treatments that have a beneficial effect on back pain, headaches, sciatica, aches and pains, blood circulation problems and the mind. Cupping is miraculous for muscular knots caused by poor posture or repetitive movements. Cupping relaxes knots and loosens muscles, providing immediate, beneficial relaxation.
