Reflexology is the manual practice of stimulating reflex zones, mainly on the feet, hands or face, to promote the body's self-regulation and support various functional disorders.

As part of her practice, Rebecca Bertholet offers a range of treatments adapted to individual needs: reflexology, classical massage, trigger point techniques and lemniscate massage. These approaches aim to relieve tension, improve circulation and promote overall relaxation.
