SomaPsy is a consultation center dedicated to mental health, specializing in psychiatry and body and integrative psychotherapies. The approach focuses on listening to the body and understanding its reactions to emotions, thoughts and stressful situations.

The center helps patients to regulate their emotions, manage stress and develop new personal resources. Consultations are aimed at adults, couples or families, with follow-up tailored to individual needs.

Services include :

• Psychiatric medical treatment and medication re-evaluation (phytotherapy, homeopathy, naturopathy, allopathy)
• Systemic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), psychodynamic, sexological and ethnopsychiatric psychotherapies
• Complementary approaches: hypnosis, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), ISP, meditation and mindfulness
• Specific support: autism, ADHD, high potential, professional reintegration, transgender support, civil and criminal expertise
• Therapeutic workshops: mindfulness meditation, dance therapy, painting, writing and therapeutic gardens

Treatments are reimbursed by basic health insurance under TARMED (LAMal).

Each therapist at the center has specific skills, which are shared within a team dynamic that encourages clinical reflection.
