New mindfulness group for people with chronic fatigue starting in 2026.

The group is based on psychotherapeutic principles and primarily combines meditation and QiGong to reduce stress, promote inner balance and improve quality of life.

The group is also aimed at people with burnout or chronic psychosomatic complaints.

Introductory session / open door: I offer a free introductory session in the practice on the last Saturday of every month. Participation is only possible after registration via my website, as places are limited: www.jingxu.ch
