My name is Elodie Dancet. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Geneva and specialize in Person-Centered Psychotherapy (ACP approach).

My professional journey has led me to work at a center for asylum seekers, where I had the opportunity to support, on a daily basis, people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds—many of whom have experienced lives marked by exile, precarious circumstances, and trauma.

This deeply human and enriching experience has allowed me to develop a respectful, open, and sensitive listening style that acknowledges each person’s uniqueness, and it motivates me today to continue supporting people from different cultures and life contexts.

I have also had the opportunity to support many families, pregnant women, and couples facing challenges related to parenting or the perinatal period.

These sessions have allowed me to refine my understanding of the psychological and emotional issues specific to these periods of transition, which are sometimes marked by vulnerability but also by great inner strength.

These experiences have enabled me to develop a therapeutic approach centered on the quality of the relationship, a bond of trust, and accepting others for what they are experiencing, without judgment.

I am driven by a deep desire to provide a safe space where each person can feel heard, acknowledged, and supported with kindness on their own journey.
