I use support methods derived from the person-centered approach (PCA), as well as psychodynamic analysis tools, convinced by their advantages in understanding psychological and relational problems, or various life situations.

With a CAS in psychological, health and family counseling, I also use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) methods.

Depending on your wishes and needs, I can offer you a broader view of your current difficulties, as an opportunity to work on what has been a problem, sometimes for a long time, in your behavioral, emotional or cognitive patterns.

I'm here to listen to you in a caring, non-judgmental environment, for any request relating to psychological, work or family difficulties, at the Les-Psys.ch center in Nyon.
