__Ayala Borghini__ holds a __doctorate in psychology__ from the University of Geneva (2008) and has held the __federal title of psychologist-psychotherapist__ since 2013. She trained in Geneva and Lausanne, where she developed recognized expertise in __early development__, __perinatal care__ and__parent-child relationships__.
Her training is based on a variety of complementary approaches:
- __Sensorimotor approach__ and __assessment of the young child__,
- __Attachment theory__ (B. Pierrehumbert),
- __Mentalization therapies__ (Anna Freud Centre, London),
- __Interactive guidance__ and __Brazelton scale__,
- __Bilan sensori-moteur__, for which she now coordinates the __CAS at the University of Lausanne__.
## 🧠 __Professional background__
After starting out as a researcher with __Prof. F. Ansermet__ 's team in Lausanne, where she coordinated several perinatal studies conducted by __SUPEA__ in conjunction with __CHUV__ neonatology, Ayala Borghini has enriched her clinical experience with numerous replacements and internships:
- Developmental assessments of school-age and pre-school children (since 1996),
- Liaison clinic in maternity and pediatrics at __CHUV__,
- Replacement at the__Development Unit in Geneva__,
- Since 2006, __psychoanalytically-oriented psychotherapist__ in private practice in Geneva, working with children, adolescents and adults.
At the same time, she continues to work as a __perinatal researcher__ and teaches at __Geneva's Haute École de Travail Social (HETS-HES-SO__), in the psychomotricity department, where she conducts research into sensorimotor development and the quality of attachment.
