Hello, my name is Eléonore Dziurzynski. A Canadian native, raised in Toronto and London by Swiss parents, I offer psychotherapy in English and French, both online and in person. 

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from the Psychosynthesis Education Trust in London and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). 

I believe that if we feel truly seen and heard, if we are recognised and accepted fully, we can heal our relationship with ourselves and others, develop self-acceptance, and lead a more authentic and fulfilled life. I would be honoured to accompany you on this journey.
