__Loïse Rufini Steck - Psychologist FSP - Family Coach__
I welcome you to Medicit-Y, a multidisciplinary practice in Yverdon-les-Bains, where I offer a confidential and caring listening environment, conducive to exchange and reflection.
I offer individual support __to children, teenagers and adults__ experiencing personal, emotional or relational difficulties, as well as difficult life stages.
I also work with __parents and families__ experiencing educational, relational or communication difficulties, or parental burnout.
My work is based on the__systemic approach__, which considers each person in his or her relational and family context, complemented by the __solution-focused approach__, which concentrates on the person's resources, future goals and successes, rather than on analyzing the causes of the problem. For children, I also use __play therapy and creative arts__ tools, which enable them to express themselves and resolve issues using means of communication other than the spoken word.
