Ms Céline Fornay 

As a FSP psychologist specializing in the support of adults and young adults, I develop structured and personalized programs to meet the specific needs and expectations of each individual. My practice is based on a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) approaches, in a setting where transparency, collaboration and respect for individual rhythm are essential.

My aim is to provide a safe space in which to better understand the difficulties encountered, strengthen internal resources and promote lasting change. In particular, I support people dealing with depression, burnout, stress, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, behavioral addictions, as well as challenges related to work,learning, loneliness or chronic pain.

The practice is located in Villars-sous-Mont, Switzerland, a place easily accessible by train or car from the surrounding communes such as Broc, Charmey, Gruyères, Bulle, Château d'Oex and the whole of the Gruyère and Pays d'Enhaut region, making it easy for people from the districts and surrounding areas to access consultations.
