Sometimes life presents us with challenges, crises, or major transitions that require outside support. In a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space, I will support you at your own pace as you navigate these moments of vulnerability.
I am committed to offering you an initial appointment quickly (usually within 7 to 10 days) for consultations dedicated to adults and young adults.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, particularly in demanding settings (psycho-oncology, palliative care), I prioritize deeply human and “tailored” support.
__How I can support you:__
- __Exhaustion and Stress:__ Regain balance in the face of burnout, chronic fatigue, or anxiety
- __Life Transitions:__ Navigating complex separations, career changes, or moving abroad (culture shock, isolation) with greater peace of mind
- __Family Legacy and Identity:__ Understanding and freeing yourself from transgenerational burdens, and navigating different cultural codes to build personal balance
- __Chronic Illness and Psycho-Oncology:__ Managing the emotional impact of a diagnosis, easing anxiety related to medical tests, and rebuilding a strong self-image
- __Grief and End-of-Life:__ Finding a supportive space for yourself, or preventing burnout if you are a caregiver
__My therapeutic approach:__
Rather than imposing a single model, I work with you to select scientifically validated tools that align with your sensibilities:
- __Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT):__ To develop your flexibility in the face of difficult thoughts and realign your actions with your core values
- __CBT & Internal Family Systems (IFS):__ To soothe your inner conflicts, break down limiting patterns, and manage anxiety
- __Ecopsychology & Mindfulness:__ Nature as a true “co-therapist.” I offer outdoor sessions on the Riviera to promote rapid renewal and emotional regulation away from the hustle and bustle of the city
__Practical Information:__
__Office Location:__ The Roof Center, 17 Rue du Torrent, 1800 Vevey
- Access: Entrance on Rue de la Madeleine. Right next to the train station and the Place du Marché parking lot (spaces also available on nearby streets).
- Accessibility: Fully accessible to people with limited mobility.
__Online:__ Via secure video conference, wherever you are
__Outdoors:__ Outdoor ecopsychology sessions (Riviera region)
- __At home / Nursing home:__ Exclusive service reserved for bedridden individuals or those with limited mobility (travel fees apply)
- __Languages:__ French, Polish
__Pricing and Reimbursement:__
- The rate is 150 CHF per session (50 min in-office or 60 min online). Payment is due after each session (cash, credit card, or Twint)
- My consultations are recognized and reimbursed by certain supplemental insurance plans (LCA) depending on your policy. They are not covered by basic health insurance (LAMal)
- Any session not canceled 48 hours in advance will be billed
