### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Hello!
My name is Jade, and I welcome you to Espace Inis in Vevey for Somatic Experiencing sessions. Whether you’re looking for a one-time session or more regular sessions, you’re welcome here!
A session lasts 60 minutes (120.-) or 90 minutes (180.-). You’ll pay for the sessions yourself, either on-site in cash or via Twint, or by bank transfer. Since I’m a psychologist, your supplemental insurance may cover part of the cost of these sessions.

__About my education:__
A graduate of the University of Fribourg, I earned my __Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical Neuroscience)__ in September 2024. For my Master’s thesis, I focused on mindfulness, particularly in the context of an __“MBCT-ACT”__ (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy) therapy group—two approaches that continue to inspire me today. Mindfulness and reflection on our values and the commitments we make in our daily lives are therefore integral to my practice. I am currently training in __Somatic Experiencing__, a method for regulating the nervous system and resolving trauma. Since November 2025, I have been pursuing __postgraduate training in psychotherapy at the IBP Institute__ (Integrative Body Psychotherapy).
I have a particular interest in psychotraumatology, with a desire to specialize in the treatment of complex post-traumatic stress disorder, especially when it stems from an abusive family environment—whether involving emotional, physical, and/or sexual abuse.
