It is with kindness and enthusiasm that I welcome you for individual or couple counseling. I offer a space for listening and reflection, focused on your needs and resources, while respecting your own pace.

My consultations cover a wide range of topics:

- Problems or questions in the couple's relationship

- Educational or parental challenges

- Ill-being, stress, anxiety, exhaustion

- Relationship, emotional or family difficulties

- Shattering life events (bereavement, separation, illness, etc.)

- Questions of identity, search for meaning or need for occasional support

As a psychologist with a Master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology, I am trained in Emotion-Centered Therapy (ECT), with a particular interest in relationship and emotional issues, especially in the context of couples.

My experience as a psychologist in a specialized school has enabled me to develop a particular sensitivity to family dynamics, parenting support and the specific needs of children with disabilities or educational difficulties. This systemic approach leads me to consider the individual in his or her global environment, be it family, school or professional.

I offer you a reassuring framework to help you put into words what you're experiencing, explore your emotions and better understand how you function.
