With a Master's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Lausanne, I am dedicated to understanding the human being in all its richness and complexity. I have always been driven by a deep curiosity for the behaviors, emotions and life stories that shape each person.

For me, psychology is much more than a profession: it's a vocation. My approach is based onactive listening, kindness and respect for each individual's rhythm. I deeply believe that each individual possesses within him or herself the resources needed to evolve, understand and rediscover balance. My role is to provide a safe, confidential space for these resources to emerge.

I accompany adults who are going through periods of doubt, stress or transition, and who wish to better understand their emotions, patterns or needs.

Consultations may be indicated in a variety of situations:

• Relationship or emotional difficulties
• Self-esteem, confidence, self-image
• Periods of change or personal questioning
