I work with children, adolescents, adults and families with a deeply human, relational and collaborative approach. Over more than 15 years of working with young children, adolescents, young adults and families, I have developed an attentive listening ear and a reassuring presence, in order to offer a space where each person can move forward at their own pace.

My career path has led me to work in day-care centers, schools, educational homes and social contexts in Switzerland, France and abroad (notably in China and the United States). These experiences have given me an open mind, intercultural sensitivity and a keen understanding of emotional, family and school issues.

My work is primarily based on thesystemic approach, which considers each person in his or her relational and family context. I also integrate thePerson-Centered Approach, which emphasizes empathic listening and trust in each person's resources, complemented by a solution-focused orientation to mobilize your resources and build concrete strategies adapted to your needs.

Trained in Brainspotting, I now accompany you with this powerful and gentle therapeutic tool. This therapeutic method helps to release emotions and traumas by focusing on a precise point in the eye. This enables the brain to process what has been blocked, and to soothe emotional reactions, stress, fears, difficult memories or chronic pain, gently and at your own pace.

My aim is to provide you with a safe, welcoming environment in which to understand, soothe and better mobilize your inner resources, in order to regain balance, confidence and clarity.

I offer consultations on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30am to 7pm at Espace Satyavan.
