## __Important information__
General psychologists (non-psychotherapists) are not affected by the change in the law which now offers reimbursement of sessions by the LAMAL (basic insurance). This only affects psychotherapists. Most complementary insurers reimburse FSP psychologists, with the exception of CSS (non-exhaustive list); it all depends on the terms of the patient's insurance. It is up to the patient, if he/she so wishes, to consult his/her health insurance company directly for information on reimbursement for general psychologists.
