With a Master's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Lausanne, I offer psychological support for adults in a caring, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
In the course of my career, I have been particularly impressed by the diversity of people's experiences, and by the way in which emotions, thoughts and life experiences influence each other. Today, this experience guides my practice.
My approach emphasizes the therapeutic relationship, respect for each individual's rhythm and the enhancement of personal resources, while drawing on tools from cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT). I consider each person's journey to be unique, and adapt to their needs, whether for one-off support or more in-depth coaching.
I accompany adults who are going through periods of stress, anxiety, personal or professional questioning, as well as moments of transition or vulnerability.
I offer a space in which you can feel understood, welcomed and free to explore what you're going through, in a climate of trust, in order to better understand your situation and find reference points for moving forward.
