There comes a time in life when everything falls apart, and you feel like you don't know where to start again. We often think that rebuilding our lives will take years, and this discourages us even before we begin. But there are therapeutic techniques that can put you back on your feet, and give you a new lease of life and energy, more effectively than lengthy therapies.

I'm Syaka Fourel, a qualified clinical psychologist and dance therapist in France and a recognized FSP/AVP psychologist in Switzerland. I'm also a professional dance and music artist, and a body-psych coach through chakra realignment.

I set up Cabinet SOLEY to support people who have experienced tragedy, trauma or a difficult phase in their lives and are seeking to rebuild their lives, as well as those who wish to find meaning in their lives and rediscover body/emotion/mind alignment.

My work is based on CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) and supported by psycho-corporal techniques. It is adaptable to individual needs:

• regaining a sense of security and boosting self-esteem
• calming intrusive thoughts
• reconnect the mind, emotions and body
• restore meaning to the journey and use resilience as a therapeutic tool
• re-set goals in line with who you really are
• reawaken your life force, your identity self
• relapse prevention and crisis management, using autonomous techniques

Themes: grief, personal or professional loss, trauma, illness, accidents, family/couple drama, emotional shock, separation, toxic relationships, addictions, long-term exhaustion, life misalignment.

The first 30-minute appointment is 50 euros.

It enables me to discuss your situation and see what could be done together for the future (in Geneva, Saint-Prex or by Visio).

1/Psychological support consultations, 1 hour, face-to-face in Geneva or by videoconference

2/Biodynamic coaching (psychology + dance/psycho-body therapy + brain reprogramming), 1h, face-to-face only in Geneva or Saint-Prex.

Consultations or coaching may be covered by certain complementary health insurance plans (not by LAMal). Please check with your complementary insurance provider before deciding on any follow-up. Sessions are payable on the day. > Cash, twint or bank transfer (iban indicated on invoice).

A la carte rates: €150/hour

Pack 1 price: 600.00 for 5 sessions (120.00/session)

Pack 2 price: $1,000 for 10 sessions ($100/session)

3/Les ateliers danse loisirs ou relaxation chakrasen individuel (sans thérapie), 1h, en présentiel,en salle de danse à Saint-Prex. A la carte workshops are payable on the day > by cash, twint or iban as indicated on the invoice.

Pack 3 price: 500.- for 10 workshops (50.-/workshop)

4/3-month "Coaching Soley" follow-up for project development

Follow-up consists of 3 sessions of 150.00 each (1 session per month over 3 months). It can be combined with an online support program, for an additional 50.00, for those wishing additional content and consulting support.

It can be paid for in 1, 2 or 3 instalments.

Rate for 3 sessions: 450.00

Rate for 3 sessions + 3-month online program: 500.00
