Ms Mathilda Zanella 

Mathilda Zanella is a psychologist based in Geneva. She holds a Master's degree in social and applied psychology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in general psychology, both from the University of Geneva. She is currently training to become a sports psychologist at the University of Lausanne.

Her academic background has given her an in-depth understanding of human behavior, communication and social dynamics, which she brings to her consultations.

Her consultations are mainly aimed at athletes (amateur or professional), as well as students and working people wishing to work on behavioral change, mental preparation, motivation, self-confidence, stress and emotion management, or on situations of injury, double or triple project and career transition.

Consultations are also available for people living with a chronic illness, wishing to strengthen their mental well-being, self-acceptance and body image.
