I see adult patients from Tuesday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.

Currently in my third year of the MAS in psychoanalytical psychotherapy in Lausanne, I worked in private practice for over two years before joining the Psyléman psychiatric clinic. These experiences have given me a sensitive view of the way each of us tries to cope with what's going through us, and of the importance of a space where we can safely deposit something of ourselves.

In my practice, I pay particular attention to the setting and the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a calm, reassuring place where words can flow freely, without any particular expectation or judgment. I welcome the diversity of emotions that may arise, so that they can be recognized, heard and gradually made sense of.

My work is based on a psychoanalytical/psychodynamic approach. It's based on the idea that certain current difficulties have their origins in past experiences, or in patterns of functioning that are repeated without us always being aware of them. Together, we seek to explore and understand these internal movements based on your history, whether they be emotions that spill over, tensions that persist or behaviors that are repeated in spite of yourself.

The therapeutic relationship then becomes a means of shedding light on what is being replayed, and gradually opening up a path towards a more flexible, freer way of living, less constrained by the past.
