Currently in my third year of the MAS program in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the University of Lausanne, I practiced for over two years in private practice before joining the Psyléman psychiatric clinic. These experiences have given me a sensitive understanding of how each person tries to cope with what they’re going through, and of the importance of a safe space where one can share a part of oneself.

In my practice, I pay particular attention to the therapeutic setting and the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a calm and safe space where words can flow freely, without specific expectations or judgment. I welcome the diversity of emotions that may arise with seriousness and sensitivity, so that they can be acknowledged, heard, and gradually made meaningful.

My work is grounded in a psychoanalytic/psychodynamic approach. It is based on the idea that certain current difficulties stem from past experiences or from patterns of behavior that repeat themselves without us always being aware of them. Together, we seek to explore and understand these internal dynamics through your life story, whether they involve overwhelming emotions, persistent tensions, or behaviors that repeat themselves despite your best efforts.

The therapeutic relationship then serves as a foundation for shedding light on what is being reenacted, and gradually paving the way toward a more flexible, freer way of living—one less constrained by the past.
