About Me

As an FSP psychologist, I welcome patients at Psy & Co and also work at the Fondation Asile des Aveugles (FAA), supporting people with visual impairments, who often have associated conditions.

This second area of expertise enriches my practice in private practice. Working with people who perceive the world differently has taught me not to rely solely on language and visual cues, but also on the body, sensations, and feelings as entry points for psychological work.

Practical Information

• Consultations are not covered by basic health insurance (LAMal). However, partial reimbursementmay be available through certain supplemental or international insurance plans. I encourage you to check directly with your insurance provider.
• Sessions last 60 minutes.
• The fee is 150 CHF per session.
• Payment is due at the end of each session, by credit card or TWINT.
• After scheduling an appointment, a consent form will be emailed to you. This form outlines the details regarding the organization of the consultations. Please sign it and return it to me before your first appointment.

Areas of Practice

I offer consultations for children, adolescents, and adults in the following areas:

1. Diagnostic interviews and psychological evaluations

• Assessment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Assessment of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Intellectual functioning assessment (IQ)
• Comprehensive assessment of psychological functioning

Each assessment results in a clear report and concrete recommendations that can be applied in daily life, at school, or at work.

2. Psychological Support

• Personal Resources and Strengths: Trained in positive psychology, I focus just as much on what works for a person as on their difficulties.
• Social-emotional skills in children and adolescents: identifying and naming emotions, regulating them, understanding social situations, building relationships with others, and managing frustration or conflicts. This approach is particularly helpful for children who feel out of step with others, get angry easily, withdraw, or struggle to find their place in a group.
• Meaning and Burnout at Work: loss of purpose, demotivation, periods of being overwhelmed, or professional self-doubt.
• Anxiety, stress, and mild to moderate depression: support for excessive worry, low mood, and slumps.
• Difficult life stages: transitions, personal questions, or any situation requiring a safe space to be heard.
• Psychoeducation and one-time sessions: a few targeted sessions to better understand how you function, establish benchmarks, and leave with tailored strategies. Not all sessions need to be long.
• Psycho-physical work: Trained in psycho-physical desensitization, I use the body and physical sensations to support psychological work.

My Approach

Attentive listening, genuine collaboration with each person, and interventions tailored to their specific needs. I am just as interested in what is causing difficulty as I am in what the person can draw strength from.

With both children and adults, I readily use non-visual or non-verbal means (the body, play, sensations), which are well-suited for those who do not yet have the words to express what they are experiencing.

Good to Know

My consultations address common psychological challenges and periods of temporary vulnerability. In cases of severe disorders or difficulties requiring psychotherapeutic treatment, I recommend seeking support from a licensed psychotherapist or a psychotherapist in training.
