I have dual nationality (British and Swiss) and have lived in Switzerland for over 20 years.  I am bilingual and work in both English and French.

I offer psychoeducational evaluations for parents wishing to address the difficulties experienced by their children within the context of school or at home. These difficulties may be of an academic, behavioural and emotional nature. A key aspect of any evaluation will be, not only to identify areas where the individual child is struggling, but also to validate his/her/their areas of strength upon which to build self-esteem and confidence.

Psychoeducational evaluations are generally either fully or partially reimbursed if parents have taken out complementary insurance cover with most Swiss Insurance companies.  To date all my assessments carried out for parents who have International insurance coverage have been reimbursed. 

I have a Master of Education (MEd) and 16 years’ experience teaching the British curriculum at different levels of primary school education. I have a Master of Science in Psychology (Clinical and Developmental) from the University of Geneva.

Between 2014 and 2022 I was employed in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Setting as a psychologist. In August 2022 I decided to develop my independent practice in Vaud.   In this context, I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for children and Adolescents presenting with a wide range of socio-emotional and learning differences. These include:

·      Anger Management

·      Attachment Difficulties

·      Attention Deficit Disorder (with and without hyperactivity) and Executive Dysfunction

·      Anxiety, Depression and Low Self-Esteem

·      Autistic Spectrum Disorder

·      Behaviour issues

·      Dyslexia / Dyscalculia

·     Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Therapy sessions are only covered if you have complementary insurance. You would need to contact your insurance company to find out if there is a limitation on the number of sessions, or a maximum cost covered.
