I use a systemic approach, which sees difficulties as part of relational dynamics, and is interested in what happens between people, rather than looking for someone to blame. I'm beginning to train in the Emotion-Centered Approach (ECA), which is based on attachment relationships and explores the way in which emotions and security needs influence interactions within couples, families and individual experiences.

What's particularly important to me in my work is to offer a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental therapeutic framework, attentive to life contexts, power issues and experiences of discrimination that can influence relationships. The aim of my support is to shed light on fixed dynamics and repetitive relational cycles, in order to understand them and, where possible, transform them together. Where relevant, I offer concrete tools to support change, while respecting the pace and resources of each couple, family or individual. I welcome patients in a confidential and respectful setting, offering a space for listening and reflection. My approach aims to support each person on their personal journey, drawing on methods tailored to the needs expressed.
