As an FSP psychologist with a degree from the University of Lausanne, I work with children aged 7 and over, adolescents and adults when they are going through moments of fragility, transition or malaise.

I provide a warm, reassuring and non-judgmental listening space, where you can let go of what's difficult, better understand what you're going through and gradually rediscover your resources. I place great importance on respecting each individual's rhythm and building a relationship of trust. My approach is inspired by narrative therapy and a systemic sensitivity, attentive to relationships and the context of life 🌱

In particular, I accompany people facing anxiety, stress, mood disorders, emotional or relational difficulties, self-esteem, academic difficulties, periods of life transition and psychic exhaustion.

Follow-up care can be one-off or part of a more in-depth program, depending on the person's needs and objectives. 🌞
