About me

I hold a Master's degree in psychology from the University of Lausanne, as well as training in clinical and integrative sexology. I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing difficulties in their sexual, emotional or relational lives, or who simply wish to better understand themselves and (re)connect with their intimacy.

My practice is based on integrative sex therapy, a holistic approach that considers sexuality as a space for expressing the body, emotions, personal history, beliefs and relationship dynamics. This approach makes it possible to work at different levels - psychic, corporeal, emotional and symbolic - adapting to the singularity of each person.

The issues I deal with include disorders of desire, sexual pain, emotional or bodily blockages, shame or trauma, emotional or sexual dependency, identity issues and communication difficulties within couples.

I offer a safe, confidential, inclusive and non-judgmental space to listen and talk, respecting each person's rhythm. Support can be provided on a one-off basis or over several sessions, as required. My approach is centered on the relationship, thetherapeutic alliance and recognition of each person's own resources.
