🎓 Background and training

A graduate psychologist from the University of Lausanne with a Master's degree in psychology, I completed my training with several postgraduate certificates in systemic therapy.

I practiced for over ten years in private practice as a psychologist, then as a delegated psychotherapist until 2022. This career path has enabled me to develop solid clinical experience with adults, couples and families.

🤝 Clinical experience

In the course of my practice, I have accompanied many people facing periods of transition, vulnerability or psychological questioning.

My areas of intervention include:

• 🔄 major life changes (illness, separation, bereavement, family recomposition),
• 💬 relational, personal or professional difficulties,
• 🎓 schooling, training and professional integration,
• 🔥 psychic exhaustion (burn-out) and chronic stress,

Trained and certified in couple therapy, family therapy and systemic intervention, I adopt an approach centered on interactions, life context and existing resources.

This format offers flexibility, accessibility and comfort, and makes it possible to consult from your home or any other suitable location, in Switzerland or abroad 🌍.
