Background and training

I hold a Master's degree in psychology from the University of Lausanne, complemented by several postgraduate certificates in systemic therapy. I worked for over ten years in private practice as a psychologist, then as a psychotherapist in private practice until 2022.

Clinical experience

I have worked with many individuals, couples and families facing periods of transition or psychological vulnerability. My experience ranges from major life changes - illness, separation, bereavement, family reorganization, personal or professional choices - to more occasional difficulties linked to schooling, training, professional integration, work relationships or burn-out.

Therapeutic approach

Trained and certified in couple therapy, family therapy and systemic intervention, my approach focuses on interactions, life context and existing resources. The aim is to foster a better understanding of the situation, open up new perspectives and support concrete, lasting adjustments.

Consultation methods

Consultations take place exclusively at a distance, via a secure visioconsultation link, guaranteeing confidentiality, respect for the therapeutic framework and continuity of follow-up. This format offers flexibility, accessibility and comfort, and enables you to consult from your home or any other suitable location, in Switzerland or abroad.
