I support adolescents, adults, couples, and families during times of difficulty, transition, or self-reflection.

What drives me in my work is helping you gain insight into what you’re going through: what’s happening in your relationships, how you’re feeling, and how your personal history and environment influence your experiences today. Making sense of things and connecting the dots often brings relief, clarity, and opens up new possibilities.

You are the protagonists of your own lives, but I invite you to read the script together so that we can grasp its full richness and complexity, and better identify how you hope to bring it to life.

My approach is integrative, which means I adapt to each person and each situation. I offer various tools drawn from different approaches (systemic, humanistic, CBT), depending on what suits you best and what can be most helpful to you in practice.

This may include:

• body-based exercises, to help you stabilize emotionally and regain a sense of safety,

• therapeutic games to better understand your emotions and needs and learn to set boundaries,

• tools from CBT to address anxiety, ruminations, or certain behaviors,

• work based on Lifespan Integration, to connect life experiences and restore a more peaceful sense of continuity to them,

• or, when appropriate, walking therapy sessions, where walking outdoors can support reflection and help set things in motion.

I pay particular attention to the quality of the therapeutic relationship. Feeling trusted, safe, and respected—and at one’s own pace—is, for me, essential. We build this work together within a clear, confidential, and supportive framework. Sometimes, simply understanding what we’re going through is enough to begin transforming it.
