As anFSP psychologist, I specialize in helping adults with neuroatypia: ADHD, ASD, hypersensitivity, HPI, or simply those who often feel "out of step".

In adulthood, neuroatypia can manifest itself as :

• difficulties in concentrating, organizing and managing daily life,
• emotional hypersensitivity, sometimes with the impression of experiencing everything "too intensely",
• relational difficulties: frequent misunderstandings, fear of rejection, overloaded social interactions, feelings of loneliness despite being connected to others,
• fatigue linked to constant adaptation and weakened self-esteem.

These challenges and difficulties can weigh heavily, impacting every sphere of life. Many people find themselves constantly fighting against themselves.

My aim is to help you break out of this struggle, understand and accept the way you are, and make peace with yourself in order to create a life more aligned with your values.

I also work with anxiety, burnout and depression, with a concrete, caring and solution-oriented approach.

My approach

My approach is based onACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), a modern, scientifically validated therapy.

ACT aims to develop psychological flexibility: instead of trying to suppress thoughts or emotions, we learn to make room for them, to refocus on our deepest values and to move towards a meaningful life.

Rates

• First session (90 min): CHF 140
• Follow-up session (60 min) : 120 CHF

👉 As an FSP psychologist, some complementary insurances may cover part of the cost of sessions (ask your insurance company for details).

Training

• Master's degree in clinical and health psychology - University of Fribourg
• Diploma in Elmanian Hypnosis - MHP Training Center
• ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) training - specializations in anxiety disorders, depression and ADHD (Russ Harris)
